Effectively navigating clients around potential pitfalls and stumbling points during a digital project is a skill in itself and our Account Managers are important members of our Team.

You’re a people person
Relationship management is central to a successful Account Manager’s daily life. We are in constant contact with our clients via email, phone calls, video calls and face to face meetings. Effective Account Managers are approachable, friendly and take time to understand client needs and motivations. You’re skilled at communicating with both external and internal parties, effectively relaying client requirements to colleagues. You enjoy working as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and the wider agency.
You love all things Digital
Our clients often call us with a digital quandary. How can we do this better? Is there another option that will save us time? You’ll be able to provide best practice advice and recommendations, continually sharing your wealth of digital experience and adding value to client projects. You also like to keep up to date with digital industry trends and thrive on sharing innovations and opportunities to set our client projects apart from their competitors.
You love to be kept busy
You thrive in a busy environment. You’re highly self-motivated, keeping on top of a busy workload and several deadlines. You love the agency environment – there is never a dull moment!
You like to be organised
With multiple project milestones and client catch ups on a daily basis, it’s important that you enjoy being organised! We enjoy having our weekly schedules planned with the flexibility to slot in any unexpected requests as required.
You enjoy a varied role
You can oversee a range of projects and clients simultaneously, it’s important you can transition from one project or client to the next, seamlessly. Our client portfolio spans a wide range of industry sectors, you’ll enjoy the variety this brings to the projects you manage.
