We are delighted to announce that Philip Craig has joined Zesty as our new Head of Insights.
He takes up the newly created role, which is indicative of the increasing level of insight our customers can expect when working with us. Analytics data was previously studied by our user experience team, but we recognised that a specialist analytics department would be able to bring even greater depth to this work.
Philip previously worked for Mezzo Labs, a London agency specialising solely in analytics, where he has been living and breathing in-depth data for clients for more than five years.
He said: “My role is to give more insight to Zesty’s clients. I will provide a full end-to-end analytics service from collecting information about the business’ requirements, through collecting online and offline analytics data, to providing ongoing information on what is working and what isn’t for our clients.
“The result will be that our clients have better knowledge of what their website is doing for them. I will interpret the data into information that is easy to understand and act upon. Our clients will be in a position where they can make informed business decisions based on the observations we provide.”
Philip is excited about the prospect of bringing his expertise to a digital agency rather than an analytics agency.
He said: “With the developers and designers all under one roof, it is very easy to implement changes quickly on behalf of clients. That means we can carry out tests and act upon the analytics data to improve their bottom line.”
