Bloggertone – a brand new site aimed at business bloggers is launching today. The site offers a forum for business bloggers to share advice and tips as well as being an outlet for people in business to contribute content when they might not necessarily run their own blog.

Bloggertone serves a good purpose to bring together the business blogging community. There are many business blogs and groups online and this site brings together those professionals in business that want to share content on topics such as marketing, startups, managing money and the work/life balance.

Facundo and Fred from Channelship set up the project with Niall Devitt, manager of Beyond the Boardroom. Facundo says of the site “Having personally experienced the benefits of blogging for business, and understanding the value of the web as a social space, we are committed to bringing more business people into blogging. We are delighted to lead the Bloggertone project with Niall.”

Many people in business find the prospect of starting a blog intimidating so this is a nice way to ease your way into the blogging community. It certainly takes a lot of effort to maintain a collaborative blog/content site so I wish Bloggertone the best of luck.

Another great Irish site that’s recently launched is LittleQuiz , developed by Joe Scanlon. Little Quiz hosts weekly competitions where users answer a 3 question quiz to win the featured prize of the week. The site is also visually stunning, thanks to the design touch of Sabrina Dent

Little Quiz is simple to use with really one basic purpose and this is the beauty of it. You can find the featured quiz as well as a blog on money saving tips targeted for students. The site is uncluttered and I hope it keeps this way as it’s a nice little haven on the web.
