It’s so good that I have to ration myself sometimes during the day as it can be very distracting but it’s a great way of keeping up to date with multiple accounts and tracking search terms for clients and your own business. I’ve always wondered how Tweetdeck would make money and it looks like they might be starting to think about that themselves by rolling out some new features that make them different to all the other Twitter clients on the market. Today Tweetdeck launched a new service called Deck.ly which effectively changes Twitter and allows you to communicate with people in more than 140 characters. This is built in to their apps across different platforms and all you have to do is effectively keep typing and it will do the rest for you. basically this is saying that if you use Tweetdeck the 140 character limit on Twitter has not been lifted for you. Hey I just wanted to let you know, I actually like the piece of writing on your web site. But I am using Flock on a machine running version 8.x of Crashbang Ubuntu and the UI aren’t quite proper. Not a strong deal, I can still fundamentally read the articles and search for info, but just wanted to inform you about that. The navigation bar is kind of tough to use with the config I’m running. Keep up the great work!

Great videos and great information! I’m a huge Tweetdeck fan and use it every day. Did not know about filtering out keywords and will definitely use it as a lot of my friends attend the same conferences at the same time, thus filling my stream with the same tweets. Thanks for taking the time to post these videos and share your info.

Tweetdeck does have some great features that you can’t get elsewhere, but it’s missing one very important accessibility feature: you can’t make the font any larger. Or have they finally added this?

Thanks for that Sean. I know what you mean about videos being too long and boring. I do a lot of stuff with video and TBH I find that people’s attention span just goes after a couple of minutes. Better to keep it short and snappy as you say
