Social Media Presentation For Enterprise Ireland

We did a little talk at an event today for Irish companies who are part of the Enterprise Ireland network and who are expanding into international markets. The day was to give these companies an idea about how to gain a presence online and covered lots of areas from email marketing to analytics and good design and we gave a brief introduction to social media and the tools that people have at their disposal. The slides probably won’t make a lot of sense as myself and Lauren like to talk rather than boring people with numbers and figures and battering people to death with PowerPoint but you will be able to get a bit of the story from them.

Lauren just gave a small intro to social media and explained how people were talking about their businesses online right now and then I used the example of a meat distribution company (a likely non sexy scenario for a business in the room) and explained how they could go about using the free tools available to them.

Just a small note to say that we are not designers in any way and just thought it would be fun to have some little “post its” thrown in there for a change. As you can tell we have sat through too many presentations in our short lives and try to change things up a little
