One of our clients at Simply Zesty is App School – a five day course taught by Daniel Heffernan. We’re pleased to announce that you can enter into a competition to win a place on App School on 14th September, worth €1,500

The course covers how to build and distribute your own iphone app. One of the co-founders, Patrick Collison, developed the wikipedia iphone app, which has been downloaded over 300,000 times and was covered in the New York Times last year.

Patrick tells us more about app school and his experience of building iphone apps :

To enter into the competition to win a place on app school just tell us an iphone app you’d like to develop. You can leave a comment on the blog here or over on App School, or send a tweet  with the hashtag #iphoneappschool. If you’d rather keep your idea private – you can enter via DM or email kim@appschool.ie

You can be resident in UK or Ireland to enter (but if you’re coming from the UK you will need to organise your own accommodation)

We’ll be picking the winner on Friday so get your thinking caps on!
