		<description>This sounds (and looks) good to me. I&#039;ll come clean here and admit I don&#039;t use Twitter, and part of the reason is the noise you mentioned. Itâ€™s too much clutter and one can easily get sidetracked. Since time is no doubt of critical importance to everyone, a tool like the twittertim.es, that allows users to sift through the information and discover new, interesting users to follow, by basically cutting or reducing the search cost will probably be welcomed with much interest. If they introduce a way to segment the information by categories of interest and/or geographical regions and send me a different email on each category, Iâ€™m in! :)</description>
