A couple of thoughts here guys if I may.
Firstly most of the English speaking world spends dollars or pounds not Euro’s. Therefore you may be alienating a significant portion of your target market with that little Euro symbol.
Without wanting to create any sort of stereotype but most Americans I have done business with have trouble understanding what the £ symbol is god knows what they think when they see a Euro symbol. (sorry cannot type that as it isn’t on my keyboard as its British. It will get even more tricky when the euro finally gets put out of its misery and the Irish return to the Punt.)
Secondly 49 euros/$67/£42.69 for an e-book is a big ask IMHO. E-books have the connotation, deserved or not, as being cheap to buy.
On the other hand this sort of figure for a real world book… not so bad as long as it included delivery
How about running it as an app for much lower cost?
How about tailoring it to the Irish/British/American markets and launching it separately in each one?
How about running it as a course of screen cap webinars where attendees pay?
How about running it inside Facebook using this software http://fbwebinars.com/ (no I am not an affiliate but I do think the creators of this software are onto something).

I do understand just how difficult it is to get the price right with time sensitive products like this and presumably you did some market research before you both wrote a single word of copy, or even researched any of the examples that appear so I might just be talking bollocks. If so please accept my apologies and delete this comment!
