KLM Launch Brilliant Twitter Campaign To Highlight Their Social Media Customer Service

KLM have always been ahead of the curve when it comes to social media and over the last couple of years have carried out a series of smart marketing stunts and their latest campaign is aimed at raising awareness around their online customer service via social media. With over 160,000 followers on Twitter alone KLM wants to highlight the fact that they reply to every single tweet within an hour of it being sent at all times and this new campaign will send people very unique video replies to questions asked on Twitter over the next 12 hours…

As you can see from the video below each answer features 140 (the most amount of characters allowed in a tweet) of their staff spelling out the replies to the tweets in what is effectively a huge human powered billboard. Anybody can send in a question as they are making the replies in real time and we can only imagine what a logistical nightmare it is getting all the people to stand in the right position never mind filming the replies, editing them and getting them online in time. It’s a brilliant campaign though that will get massive buzz online later today and raise awareness around the fantastic customer service that KLM are offering on a daily basis.
