Very impressive. Well done to him. I love seeing people put this kind of creative thought into job seeking. I’m sure exact copycats will spring up, and fair play to those if they’re productive. I’d like to think that it will also ignite some creative thinking in others whose eyes will be opened to the potential of non-traditional jon-hunting tools! Keep us posted of any more!

If you hear of any copycats, let me know! Sure that plenty will follow. I don’t think we’ll see much of this sort of thing in Facebook, from what I can tell people are generally terrified their employer will find them

Hey, this is a great example of ‘reaching out’ to your target employer. Gets you noticed. Could it backfire? I was thinking if it could create a negative impression on the related person (in this case) and instead, decrease your chance of hitting the target?

A brilliant idea and a good way to get noticed – I just wonder now how many copycats will appear? Also, it could be a good idea for an improvement to Linked-In or even a Facebook app… if you’d be comfortable with a potential employer seeing your facebook!
