Dominos Take Customer Reviews To A New Level – Giant NY Billboard

Not that long ago Dominos were having a bit of a nightmare on social media channels but they have come full circle and need to be applauded with their latest efforts to make their pizzas even better by using possibly the most transparent customer reviews the world has ever seen. They have implemented a new system where the people making the pizzas can see the reviews they are getting (the theory here is that their staff will try to improve their scores in real time) and customers get to see the name of the person making the pizza and track it through the entire process in real time. You can see that this strategy has clearly been developed as a result of the Youtube scandal last year and I have to say making the process of tracking your pizza totally transparent is a good one. Dominos have though taken it a step further than that by hiring out a billboard in Times Square where unfiltered reviews are streamed on real time. This means that even the bad reviews will be appearing so Dominos must be entirely confident in their pizzas at best or massively foolish at worst. We just can’t believe there is no moderation on this at all because a system like this would be open to rampant abuse so there must at least be some filtering of bad language. In a world where brands constantly try and write fake reviews and influence what people are saying about them Dominos do have to be applauded for at least being transparent.
