		<description>I think it is not really that bad using just only one search engine from the point of view of it having to collect everything that we need to search online, but then when it comes to the commerce of it, then there needs to be competitors.</description>

I never saw that site unfortunately, sounds interesting though. I still doubt whether there will ever be a real competitor to Google. I think it&#039;s just too ingrained in our online behaviour. I&#039;m sure there will be improvements on customising search results, but maybe the key to successful search is simplicity. I think this is ultimately how Google won out to Yahoo.</description>

		<description>Another site that had a rather cool interface but sadly has gone offline was Searchme.com which had a quite different and intuitive interface for displaying search results. I was very much of the view that if say Mircosoft had that as it&#039;s display for search on the desktop and if it were available as an option for Google, it would mark a major improvement on what we&#039;ve got now.</description>
