Neat Orangina app helps find your original Facebook friends

A few months ago, Facebook released an app showing users what they were doing or saying on the site a year ago. Fast forward to now and citrus soft drink company, Orangina, have taken this app to its logical conclusion; mainly what were you doing when you first joined Facebook.

To celebrate their 75th anniversary, Orangina has created an app for its Facebook page called ‘Show your Originals.’ By liking the page, Orangina finds those who were your first ten friends or original Facebook friends. The app then shows your top ten friends who gave you your first likes, posts and comments and sorts them by date.

If you wish, you can save a picture of these friends in your photo album as a souvenir so that your friends can see if they made it into your top ten. The app aims to help their fans from all over the world to discover and get back in touch with old friends.

The app is currently available in Europe, Asia and Africa and was created by KONG, an ad agency based in Amsterdam.
