		<description>Still in academic mode after uni lol. I think you&#039;ve hit the nail on the head with the idea company management sometimes can&#039;t control the customer, the customer is empowered within social media, the model has been flipped a bit.</description>

		<description>Hi, the first time I&#039;ve seen an asterisk used in a comment! Great image, saw it in the research for this post and it provided some interesting thoughts.
The id is going to be the biggest problem I think - also for people that like to remain &#039;anonymous&#039; online. Can an organisation then ask them to provide personal details etc.. The dynamic of the relationship then changes quite a lot.</description>
