Do you want to work for us in the UK?

Things are going well at Simply Zesty and we’re looking for someone to work for us out of our expanding UK office. We need someone who can carry out online PR campaigns day to day and also be in a client-facing position.

We have the long  job description below, but basically this job is for you if : you have experience in carrying out social media campaigns for brands ; you live and breathe social media yourself ; you no longer understand what it’s like to ‘go offline’ ; you would revel in a position of responsibility where you get to drive the direction of campaigns and can be self-motivated. And occasional trips to Dublin will of course be included!

Job Description

* Develop social media strategies that work to a client’s KPIs for a given project
*Carry out social media campaigns for clients, including on Facebook, Twitter, blogger outreach, Youtube and niche social media channels as appropriate for each campaign.
* Responsibility for client reporting, ensuring this is delivered to the client effectively, to a high standard
* A keen awareness of developments in the client’s industry and their competitors
* Ability to highlight and explore new marketing avenues for clients. Social media is constantly changing and we need someone who is passionate and ahead of the game, identifying new platforms or functionality which can be explored as a way for our clients to reach out to and engage with their consumers.

* Excellent verbal and written communication is key; you will also be presentable and confident in client-facing situations
* Working cross-agency, to ensure our social media strategies are in line with other areas of the client’s marketing plan, for example PR and PPC

Experience

3-4 years in PR, digital marketing, or similar is ideal, but you must demonstrate experience in previously carrying out social media activity for brands, either in-house or through an agency.
